A new web-site was launch today contain the results of more than 6000 plenary roll-call votes by the European Parliament over the last five years. Votewatch.eu is based publicly-available but previously difficult-to-access data. This page, for example, shows the results of the final legislative resolution on the proposed C02 Geological Storage directive last December.

According to ENDS, Council will formally adopted the new CO2 Geological Storage Directive on Monday 6 April, without debate. Most of the EP 1st reading plenary amendments have not yet been posted on-line. Here are the CO2 amendments, 136-139, for next week. As we understand it at the time of writing, the President’s decisions on admissiblity are still pending.
