EP: Davies Report – Final

Here is the Davies Report, as adopted in ENVI last week, which contains 144 amendments to the Commission’s orginal legislative proposal. The report will now go forward into the informal trilogue negotiation with Council with the aim of a 1st-reading agreement by the end of the year.

Recently published on the European Parliament website are the 533 amendments to the Proposal for a directive on Industrial Emissions (IED), tabled by MEPs before the 11-September deadline.
